I haven’t painted in oils in a year and a half and today I open that dusty old cardboard box stuffed under a table in the corner of my studio and pulled them out. It was great. I forgot how kinky oils are. They add a great tension juxtaposed to the flashe and acrylic. The section in oil is the modeled reddish form on the right.
