For those of you have been fortunate enough to be raised in Highland, NY. You may have frequented this favorite drinking spot. A mile or so south of the Mid-Hudson Bridge we would walk a trail up to Magic Mountian. I may have only been there once. Being so allergic to poison ivy it kind of sucked for me. Anyway, this painting is based on a view from there.
